Two Ashburton District councillors have missed 1 / 4 of council conferences previously 12 months – one who has solely been a councillor since Could.

The acceptance of a member’s apology constitutes a grant of ‘go away of absence’ for the assembly.
Members could also be recorded as absent on council enterprise if their absence is for that cause.
