The Nationwide Cooperative Exports Restricted (NCEL), the newly-created umbrella organisation for cooperative sector exports, has obtained orders price Rs 7,000 crore, Union Cooperation and Dwelling Minister Amit Shah stated Monday, whereas orders price Rs 15,000 crore are below negotiations.
