Ukraine can use weapons offered by Finland to hit targets on Russian soil, senior officers in Helsinki stated.
Finland’s Protection Minister Antti Häkkänen stated his nation has not set any restrictions on what Ukraine can do with the weapons it supplies, Finnish broadcaster Yle reported at the moment. Häkkänen added that blocks have been imposed primarily by international locations which have offered Ukraine with long-range weapons methods.
“If needed, Ukraine must also strike navy targets on the Russian facet. It’s a fully official defensive battle that Ukraine is waging. The U.N. Constitution permits navy targets to be attacked throughout land borders,” stated Jukka Kopra, chair of the Finnish parliamentary protection committee.
