The revised appropriation invoice was offered by the Speaker of the state Home of Meeting, Abdulkarim Lawan, to the governor on the Council Chamber of the Authorities Home in Maiduguri on Wednesday.
Talking on the occasion, Zulum charged heads of companies and members of the state govt council to conform strictly with the provisions of the appropriation invoice whereas presenting their memos for approval.
